Undefinable Living


What is undefinable living all about ?

Through 2020-2021 Sadie decided with socialising and the community aspect of our lives removed (through almost a year of lockdown) she would create a virtual community/ support group.

Where the team of UNDEFINABLE’S would have each other to share their daily insights, whether that be personal growth and development books to nutritional recipes to a night of over eating and drinking alcohol.

Sadie wanted to create a global community where there is no judgement, or an idealism of perfection. It’s all about mental and physical well-being and incorporating positive self serving habits and breaking the old self sabotaging ones, in order to reach our goals and progress forwards in our lives.

I went to Sadie for online nutrition and training advice, but what I got was so much more than that. I learned about mindset, overcoming obstacles and blocks that had held me back from my goals.

Never miss a workout, there are x5 LIVE RECORDED sessions a week, which are saved within the ON DEMAND folder, you have access to; You are able to catch up at a time which works for you. Sometimes people even split the session into two parts throughout the day.

It’s a great way for those of us with hectic life schedules to feel part of something and allow time for ourselves.

Sadie also includes monthly mastery classes on nutrition, mindset, general lifestyle tips and advise to master yourself and create the change you wish to see within yourself and your life.

It’s a process of finding a balance, your balance within your lives.
Undefinable living is simply about BECOMING WHO YOU WANT TO BE not staying as the person you think you are.

I want to teach others to see and feel that you, too, are UNDEFINABLE.
